As we head towards the end of the year, it's a good time to ensure that we have your most up-to-date information so that you do not miss out any important correspondence. It is a legal requirement that schools have accurate and timely information for all parents/contacts and emergency contacts on file.
Update Mobile & Email Details:
- Log into your Parent Portal via Compass
- Click the Tools (cog icon), Update My Details
- Update your mobile / email details, click save.
Update Residential Address:
If you have moved house recently, please contact reception so we can update the residential / postal address: 9331 9999
Changes to emergency contacts:
If you wish to have a change made to the emergency contact list / or update their contact details, you must write to us so that we can place this instruction on file. Please email: buckley.park.co@education.vic.gov.au and outline clearly what you want changed.
Court Orders / Restriction Access:
In order to have a restriction lifted or amendments made to court orders, we must have updated official guidance from the courts. Please provide reception with any updated legal documentation outlining any amendments to be reflected on your child's compass profile.
Medical:
Ensure any Asthma or Anaphylaxis Plans are updated. Please forward your completed and medically endorsed plans to reception: buckley.park.co@education.vic.gov.au
